The classic hand made solid leather belt, made of premium bovine vegetable tanned italian leather. A bend cut ( center back along the spine), which is considered the most desirable leather cut for the belt making due to it's durability and stretch resistance is used for this belt. One solid piece leather is approximately 9-10 oz or 3.6-4mm thick. The width of the belt is 32mm or 39mm. The brushed stainless steel surface buckle to insure longevity and wear off resistance of it. The buckle and leather keeper are hand stitched in using premium linen thread. The edges of the belt are hand burnished using in-house made, water based solution, which creates durable, smooth, water resistant edges. In addition as any classic belt it's end finished with english point. It's classic, simple, durable, functional in other word luxurious.
Please be aware that vegetable tanned leather is animal leather that has been tanned using natural substances called tannins such as tree bark,barking, leaves or fruits. This way tanned leather maintains the original features of the animal's skin, which preserves it's natural look and uniqueness. Therefore it's not unusual that this type of leather might have some natural markings such as insects bite marks, scars, wrinkles, etc.
