Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

• You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Only products from our IN-STOCK category qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-eligible Items for Refund or Exchange:

• Products with issues related to belt size, personalization, or special requests (e.g., specific leather color combinations, personalized details, and thread color preferences) cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their unique nature and inability to be resold.

Fees and Conditions:

• Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return: If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Free Shipping:

• Free shipping is automatically applied to orders with two or more items, or one item totaling $250.00 or more before tax, within the continental US only.
• Free shipping is applied before coupon and gift card deductions (when applicable).

Shipping Estimates:

• When you place an order, we will provide shipping and delivery estimates based on item availability and your selected shipping options.

Bespoke Items:

• Bespoke items typically ship within 4-12 weeks, depending on the project.
• Smaller leather goods typically ship within 2-4 weeks.
